RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging and tags
• Not show signs of damage or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn or damaged products


3. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for eligible items based on product availability.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us before returning the item.


4. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with:

• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DAGLAMA SHOP is not responsible for lost return packages.


6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

• Contact your payment provider or credit card company
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
